Maintenance Inspection

Guided Installs of Equipment
There are a lot of steps to get your machine in place once purchased from your manufacturer or if moving to a new facility. We can come to your facility and work with your hired crane/riggers to make sure your machine and stack are set correctly. We can help provide guidance for your electrical/gas contractors so they can have everything in place for your manufactures’ start-up date. If your manufacturer is experiencing delays getting to your facility and needs your equipment to start up, we can provide those services along with proper paperwork documenting all of the new settings.
Troubleshooting / Emergency
Our team can provide quick and efficient troubleshooting to get your machine operational again. We understand there are many ways your equipment can fail, and our extensive training allows us to address your problems fast. We know there are times when you may need smoke issues addressed, or a burner is resetting constantly. Other times may be more serious, and your machine won’t start. Refractory Repairs
Refractory repairs are a necessity to keep your machine running safely and efficiently. The refractory of each machine has a lifespan based on the number of cremations performed . Yearly maintenance inspections allow us to plan your repairs and downtime rather than them catching you by surprise. Operator Training
Operator training is great for seasoned employees or the new hire ready to learn the trade of cremation. Our team understands the science behind running a cremator safely and efficiently and we are happy to pass that knowledge on to you. We offer 8-hour courses where we come to your facility, go over all the different settings and scenarios and familiarize your team with the correct procedures and safe practices to run your machines to the best of their ability. We operate the machine with them and answer any question they may have. No matter how many team members need to be present for the training, the price stays the same.
